PUBLIC HEARING 1. 221 S. Maple Avenue – Rear Dormer Addition Approved with the drawings presented tonight (4/4/24). PG. # RESUBMITTAL 2. 330 Marshall Avenue – 2nd Story and Rear Addition Approved with the understanding that the outer face of the stucco walls at the first floor and at the second floor will align and then the proposed railing at the front entryway will consist of approximately an 8" stucco curb with a stone cap and a metal handrail/ guardrail. 3. 724 Fairview Avenue – Amended Plans Detached Garage Approved with the clarification that the rear garage door will not have any windows. SUBMITTAL 4. 526 Tuxedo Avenue – New Deck, Elevation Changes and Detached Garage Approved with the following clarification that the deck railing will be composite material. 5. 1316 Belton Avenue – Elevation Changes Approved with the understanding that the existing windows will remain with the same window design and that all new windows (one on the front; one on the west side and one on the rear) will all match the windows on the front elevation in design and trim detail, the other new small rear window will match the four over one window next to it. 6. 100 Roseacre Lane – Window Replacement Approved as submitted. 7. 627 Atalanta Avenue – Detached Garage Approved with the additional information submitted tonight on the corner trim and the clarification that code compliant gutters and downspouts are required. 8. 32 W. Glendale Avenue – 2nd Story Addition and 1st Floor Side Addition Approved per the updated drawings dated April 1, 2024 9. 810 Edgar Road – One Story Side Addition (Resubmittal) Approved with the revision to the roof line as submitted with the understanding that both vertical faces of the roof notch will have shingle coverings to match the roof. PRELIMINARY 10. 526 Foote Avenue – New Single Family Dwelling Approved with the understanding that the horizontal siding will be 6" lap siding and the approval is contingent on MSD approval.
