Elm Avenue – Rear One Story Addition Approved with the following understandings: vertical window grilles will be added to the shortened windows on the rear to match the existing window top sashes, the window trim will match the existing, and the termination of the stucco at the concrete will match the existing condition. RESUBMITTAL 3. 1303 Belton Avenue – Windows Disapproved SUBMITTAL 4. 634 Mildred Avenue – Screen Front Porch Approved with the following understandings: the screen door will be vinyl and the middle rail of the door will align with the top of the railing. 5. 675 W. Lockwood Avenue – Detached Garage (Amended Plans) Approved with the understanding that the three (3) fixed pane windows (at the new proposed rear dormer) will become a minimum of five (5) windows so that the windows are more vertical in proportion and include approximately six (6) lite grids at each window. 6. 1415 Wexford Avenue – Elevational Change Approved with the following understandings: The top of the window will align with the existing header for the two sets of French doors and will be centered in that wall; the wall being installed below the window will have matching siding. 7. 251 S. Old Orchard Avenue – Second Story Addition Approved with the following understandings: All corner trim pieces will match the size and profile of the existing house; Window trim will be a 1” vinyl J-Channel to match the existing J-Channel trims at the existing windows of the home. 8. 501 Oak Street – Fence Appeal Approved with the understanding that the wire panel mesh infill will be black in color.
