PG. #  at the perimeter of the front door, there will be a window added into bedroom #3, two windows added into the master bedroom, and the rear porch columns will be expanded to be 8x8. 2. 435 Landscape Court – New Construction Home Approved with the following understanding: the stone on the front will be returned 2-3 feet on the side elevations, there will be trim added around the rear door and transom, there will be trim added at the perimeter of the front door, there will be a window added into bedroom #3, two windows added into the master bedroom, the rear porch columns will be expanded to be 8x8, the dormer will have a hip roof, and there will be horizontal siding on the sides of the front dormer. 3. 421 Atalanta Avenue – Addition and Detached Garage Approve with the following conditions and suggestions: egress windows at the bedrooms must comply - casements may be required, add trim at the corner boards of the house and the garage siding, add windows at the West side of the garage (facing yard), add a window to the top panel of the garage door, add raised panels to the garage door (suggestion), revise the pitch of the garage roof to match the house, and add a piece of trim from the existing home to the new addition for the meeting of dissimilar materials, existing windows are to remain and the new windows will have no grids to match the existing windows, and there will be trim around the new windows.
