PG. #  RESUBMITTAL 2. 537 Lee Ave – Addition Approved with the understanding that all the windows on the North elevation will be six (6) over one (1) and there is an option to add a window into the storage room on the garage portion first floor of the new addition. SUBMITTAL 3. 440 E Jackson Rd – Garage Approved as submitted. 4. 535 Tuxedo Blvd – Garage Approved with the following stipulation that a window will be added to the East elevation which will match the window proposed on the other side of the garage. 5. 310 Clark Ave – Addition Approved with clarification that a window will be added into the laundry room and that a window will be added to the side of the garage and that they will match the other windows in style.
