Approved with the following conditions; the vertical siding will be continued around the left side
elevation at the area of the drive-thru, there will be a band board separating the vertical siding
from the horizontal siding at the base of the gable, on the right side elevation there will be a
double-hung window that matches the front window added into the office, all of the windows will
have grills, all of the windows will have trim matching the trim level that is currently shown on
the left side elevation.
Approved as submitted.
Approved with the understanding that the approval is based on the revised renderings received
at 12/5 ARB meeting and that there will be no changes to the existing house except for the
addition of the small connector piece in the front and the exposed concrete on the new addition
will be painted to match the existing.
