CALL TO ORDER Roll call, powers of the Board, and explanation of procedures 2. PUBLIC HEARINGS Docket #2256: A petition submitted by Martin Stein for an APPLICATION FOR VARIANCE from Sections 53.073(c)(2) of the Municipal Code (Zoning Code) of the City of Webster Groves. The applicant is requesting a variance of 9.8 ft. from the required alternate front yard (west) setback of 30.1 ft. in order to construct a new house that is located 20.3 ft. from the front (west) property line. The property is located at 712 Summit Ave. and is within the “A4” Seventy Five Hundred Square Foot Residence District. Docket #2257: A petition submitted by James and Valerie LaMantia for an APPLICATION FOR VARIANCE from Sections 53.063(d) of the Municipal Code (Zoning Code) of the City of Webster Groves. The applicant is requesting a variance of 0.65 ft. from the required side yard (eastern) setback of 8 ft. in order to construct an addition that is located 7.35 ft. from the side (eastern) property line. The property is located at 116 Reavis Pl. and is within the “A3” Ten Thousand Square Foot Residence District. 3. OTHER BUSINESS: 4.
