CALL TO ORDER Roll call, powers of the Board, and explanation of procedures 2. PUBLIC HEARINGS Docket #2262: A petition submitted by James Cooper and Maureen O’Neill for an APPLICATION FOR VARIANCE from Section 53.196(a) of the Municipal Code (Zoning Code) of the City of Webster Groves. The applicant is requesting a variance of two (2) ft. from the required four (4) ft. fence height in order to construct a six (6) ft. tall fence of approximately thirty (30) ft. along the side (south) property line. The property is located at 36 Sylvester Avenue and is within the “A3” Ten Thousand Square Foot Residence District. Docket #2263: A petition submitted by Jeff Day of Jeff Day and Associates on behalf of Michael and Judith Williams for an APPLICATION FOR VARIANCE from Section 53.063(e.1) of the Municipal Code (Zoning Code) of the City of Webster Groves. The applicant is requesting a variance of 0.5 ft. from the alternate side yard setback of 7.2 ft. in order to erect a second story building addition that is located 6.7 ft. from the side (southwest) property line. The property is located at 145 Hull Avenue and is within the “A3” Ten Thousand Square Foot Residence District. 3. OTHER BUSINESS 4.
