CALL TO ORDER Roll call, powers of the Board, and explanation of procedures 2. PUBLIC HEARINGS Docket #2272: A petition submitted by Albert Nakanishi and Joan Shaffer for an APPLICATION FOR VARIANCE from Sections 53.058(j) and 53.058(n) of the Municipal Code (Zoning Code) of the City of Webster Groves. The applicant is requesting a variance of 6.4 feet from the required accessory structure side (south) yard setback of ten (10) feet and a variance of 3.55 feet from the accessory structure rear (west) yard setback of five (5) feet in order to construct a 1.5 story addition that is located 3.6 feet from the side (south) property line and 1.45 feet from the rear (west) property line. The property is located at 141 Jefferson Road and is within the “A2” Fifteen Thousand Square Foot Residence District. Docket #2273: A petition submitted by Matt Crull for an APPLICATION FOR VARIANCE from Section 53.053(e.1) of the Municipal Code (Zoning Code) of the City of Webster Groves. The applicant is requesting a variance of 0.8 feet from the required alternate side (southeast) yard setback of six (6) feet in order to construct a five-hundred and twenty-two square foot rear building addition that is located 5.2 feet from the side (southeast) property line. The property is located at 850 Hawkins Court and is within the “A3” Ten Thousand Square Foot Residence District. 3. OTHER BUSINESS 4.
