PUBLIC HEARINGS Docket #2281: A petition submitted by Joel D. and Hannah Bingaman for an APPLICATION FOR VARIANCE from Sections 53.073(b.2.A) of the Municipal Code (Zoning Code) of the City of Webster Groves. The applicant is requesting a variance of 2.39 feet from the required front yard (west) setback of 32.29 feet in order to erect a new single family home that will be located 30 feet from the front (west) property line. The property is located at 44 Hart Avenue and is within the “A4” Seventy Five Hundred Square Foot Residence District. WITHDRAWN Docket #2282: A petition submitted by Tom Young of SPACE Architectural on behalf of JHC Old Webster Square LLC for an APPLICATION FOR VARIANCE from Sections 54.060(C) of the Municipal Code of the City of Webster Groves. The applicant is requesting a variance for three (3) permanent signs per street facing wall, per business from the allowed two (2) permanent signs per street facing wall, per business.
