PUBLIC HEARINGS Docket #2286: A petition submitted by Michael E. Blaes on behalf of Joseph Buhr for an APPLICATION FOR VARIANCE from Sections 53.058(n) of the Municipal Code of the City of Webster Groves. The applicant is requesting a variance of five (5) feet from the required ten (10) foot setback from the alley line in order to construct a 1.5 story detached garage that will be located five (5) feet from the alley line (east property line). The property is located at 18 E Swon Avenue and is within the “A2” Fifteen Thousand Square Foot Residence District. 3. OTHER BUSINESS 4.
