CALL TO ORDER Roll call, powers of the Board, and explanation of procedures 2. PUBLIC HEARINGS Docket #2333: A petition submitted by Jim Bulejski on behalf of Gary R. Williams for an APPLICATION FOR VARIANCE from Section 53.073(c.2) of the Zoning Code of the City of Webster Groves. The applicant is requesting two variances. The applicant is requesting a variance of 3.5 feet from the required 4.5-foot minimum required north side yard setback in order to construct an enclosed living space below an existing second story rear addition located one (1) foot from the north side property line. The applicant is requesting a second variance of 1.67 feet from the required 4.5-foot minimum required north side yard setback in order to replace an existing front porch located 2.83 feet from the north side property line. The property is located at 408 Spring Ave. within the “A4” Seventy Five Hundred Square Foot Residence District. 3. OTHER BUSINESS 4.
