Call to Order 2. Roll Call 3. Approval of Minutes a. Motion to Approve October 13, 2022 minutes as amended. i. Unanimous voice vote in favor 4. Governance (action items) a. Consideration of How to Receive Public Comment i. Motion made by Kyle Klemp to allow for zoom Q&A participation, 3 minutes of public comment in person as standing 4th agenda item, creation of Charter Review Advisory Board email account, and acceptance of physically mailed comments to be received in the same manner. ii. Seconded by Jeanne Kirkton iii. Aye Votes: Chaput, Dugan, Eppers, Kirkton, Klemp iv. Nay Votes: Hile b. Reconsideration of Consensus Decision-making i.
