Bill #8976 – Third Reading - An Ordinance Authorizing the City Manager to Execute an Agreement with the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission that Relinquishes Ownership by the Missouri Department of Transportation of Certain Rights-of-Way that Border Interstate 44 and that Transfers Ownership of Those Rights-of-Way to the City  VI.
