Resolution #2018-16 – A Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Terminate the Agreement with Here to Serve MO Waste Division LLC DBA Meridian Waste Services 3. Bill #9014 – First & Second Reading – An Ordinance of the City of Webster Groves, Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Contract for Refuse, Recycling and Yard Waste Collection Services with Waste Management of Missouri, Inc.
