We welcome questions, ideas and comments from persons in attendance. Members of the audience may, however, comment only when recognized by the Mayor or Mayor ProTem if the Mayor is absent. We ask that comments be limited to three minutes in order to complete the agenda within a reasonable time. Zoning Code Text Amendment – “Performance Standards” Code Section: Proposed amendments include changes and additions to Performance Standards in Sections 53.114, 53.144, 53.154 and 53.245 of the Zoning Ordinance in order to clarify and add standards for commercial and industrial uses • Bill #9053 – First & Second Reading – An Ordinance of the City of Webster Groves, Missouri, Amending Chapter 53, “Zoning,” by Revising Performance Standards in Sections 53.114, 53.144, 53.154, and 53.245 of the Zoning Ordinance in Order to Clarify and Add Performance Standards for Commercial and Industrial Uses and Matters Related Thereto 2. Wireless Code Text Amendment: Proposed amendments include changes to the Wireless Telecommunications Facilities Code regulations in Sections 53.221 through 53.229 and Definitions in Section 53.020 • Bill #9054 – First & Second Reading – An Ordinance of the City of Webster Groves, Missouri, Amending Chapter 53, “Zoning,” by Amending the Wireless Telecommunications Code Sections 53.221 through 53.229 and Definitions in Section 53.020 and Matters Related Thereto 3. Rights-of-Way Usage Code Text Amendment: Proposed amendments include changes to the entire Article XI Rights-of-Way Usage Code regulations in Sections 10.1000 through 10.1009 and the addition of new sections 10.1010 through 10.1015 in order to update for wireless facilities  • Bill #9055 - First & Second Reading – An Ordinance of the City of Webster Groves, Missouri, Amending Chapter 10, “Public Ways and Places,” by Amending Article XI “Rights-of-Way Usage Code” in Sections 10.1000 through 10.1009 and the Addition of Sections 10.1010 through 10.1015 to Update for Wireless Telecommunications Facilities and Matters Related Thereto IV.
