Bill #9089 – Third Reading – An Ordinance of the City of Webster Groves, Missouri, Amending Chapter 3, Article 3.135 to Adjust the Minimum Purchasing Amounts that Trigger More Formal Bidding Procedures and Matters Related Thereto 3. Bill #9091 - First & Second Reading – An Ordinance Authorizing the City Manager to Execute, on Behalf of the City of Webster Groves, an Easement Related to a Portion of City-Owned Property at 8778 Big Bend Blvd Unit A, Part of Lot 2 of “Crossroads Subdivision”, to Spire Missouri Inc., to Construct, Operate and Maintain a Gas Distribution System Consisting of Mains, Piping, Valves, Service Connections, Appurtenances and Above Ground Structures Along with the Right to Construct, Maintain, Alter, Inspect, Repair, Replace, Protect, Relocate, Change the Size of, Operate and Remove a Cathodic Protection Rectifier or Rectifiers, Anodes and Cables Thereto, and Appurtenances for the Production of Cathodic Protection Currents Therein, and Other Actions Related Thereto 2.
