CITY OF WEBSTER GROVES SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING DATE: JANUARY 17, 2017 TIME: 6:20 P.M. OR AS SOON THEREAFTER AS MAY BE HEARD LOCATION – CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS I. ROLL CALL II. The City Council will hear the appeal of a decision by the Architectural Review Board (“ARB”) regarding the following: 1. Disapproval of an Application for Construction of a New Home with an Attached Side Entry Garage at 108 S. Iola Avenue, Webster Groves, MO 63119. The ARB disapproved an application for the property on August 5, 2016, and found that the proposed structure is so unsuitable to the topographic conditions of this corner lot as to violate the standards set forth in Chapter 56, Section 56.090. III.
