NOTICE OF HEARING On Tuesday, September 4, 2018, at 8:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as may be heard, in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 4 E. Lockwood Ave., the Webster Groves City Council will hear an appeal of a decision by the Architectural Review Board (“ARB”) regarding the following: 1. Disapproval of an Application for a one and a half story addition at 146 Gray Avenue, Webster Groves, MO 63119. The ARB disapproved an application for review and denied the application for a Certificate of Appropriateness for the property on July 19, 2018 as set forth in Chapter 56, Sections 56.080 and 56.170.
