Meeting Minutes
Date of Meeting: September 14, 2020

REGULAR MEETING:
1. Approval of Minutes –none
2. Visitor comments - none
PUBLIC HEARINGS: None
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Certified Local Government Grant Program 2021 – Discussion about HPC working towards a grant next year.
Handout with information and links related to grant program and examples of projects provided, to be reviewed
further by HPC members and discussed at the next meeting.
OLD BUSINESS:
1. Webster Walks data gathering: Discussed as potential future HPC project. Discussion ongoing.
2. "At Risk" property qualifications: HPC members discussed various key factors determinative of designation
of property as "at risk." HPC members will create a list of what items would qualify a property to be "at risk"
which will be discussed at next month's meeting. Mara Perry will send HPC members additional information
and links regarding other cities' at risk property lists. Discussion ongoing.
3. Over 100 Years Properties List - Discussion of app mapping out 100 year old properties, providing information
on each. Mara Perry will re-send HPC members the link. The focus prior to next month's meeting will be to
test out the map. Discussion ongoing.
Anne Kelly moved to adjourn the meeting; Bill Stancil seconded; passed by unanimous vote.
