Streetscape Update – Bidding is going out with construction to be done in the spring. Utility companies each their work to do. St. Louis County had some additional changes, but everything is moving forward. Rooftop Lighting Project Update – There are several buildings that can be scheduled. Fall Banners Update – The company making the banners had a misprint and are reprinting the new fall banners. Holiday Decorations – The Parks Department is working on a surprise for this year’s holiday decorations for the District. City Update • Union Studio in Old Orchard should be opening this week or next. • Dharma and Dwell in Old Orchard should be opening in a few weeks. • The Annex in Old Orchard is having a soft opening now. • The rezoning request from Pacific Place in Old Orchard is moving forward. • The addition of a small coffee shop to the CUP of the second building to be constructed on the Regions Bank location in Old Webster is moving forward • Text amendments for single-family residential structures to two-family to add to affordable housing options, parking codes, and political signs are moving forward.
