Streetscape Update – All utility poles have been relocated. Final bid will be put before City Council. Construction will begin in March or April. Rooftop Lighting Project Update – Need to identify the next set of buildings to pursue getting property owner approval for rooftop lighting installation. Commission Vacancies – There are three vacancies on the commission that need to be filled. City Update  O+O Pizza is now open in Old Webster.  Wingstop will be opening in Yorkshire Plaza.  DD Mao will be opening in the former Firenza Pizza location in Old Webster.  Union Bagels’ permits and construction will start at the former Porter Paints location at the corner of Big Bend and Elm.  Lona’s Lil Eats has a contract to purchase the former Subaru location at the corner of Big Bend and Oakwood.  Work continues on amendments on residential two-family structures and parking.  The new City Manager’s first day was January 11th.
