Webster Town Board June 13, 2024 A workshop meeting of the Webster Town Board was called to order by Supervisor Flaherty at 5:30 p.m. at the Webster Town Board Meeting Room, 1002 Ridge Road, Webster, New York, with the following officials present: Supervisor ................................................................................ Maguire Department Heads Present: Communications Director .............................................................. Bridget Harvey Parks and Recreation Director ............................................................ Chris Bilow *** Jared Miller and Rory Fitzpatrick, Campus Construction, and Chris Bilow, Parks and Recreation Director, appeared before the Town Board to present an update on the Sandbar Park Restaurant & Bar and to announce the name of the new Restauranter, Fantauzzo Family Brands Inc. Also appearing before the Town Board was Kayla Kent-Moreira, President of Operations from Fantauzzo Family Brands Inc., to present and discuss the vision for the restaurant. The Town has begun to work on an agreement with the Restauranter. The agreement and future bonding will utilize cost estimates received from Campus Construction. The current timeline includes soliciting bids for the project in early Fall 2024 and opening the restaurant in 2025. Following the presentations, a general discussion took place. *** At the May 9, 2024 workshop, the Town Board discussed possible changes in 2025 to the current schedule of the first and third Thursday of the month, 7:30 p.m. Town Board Meetings and the second and fourth Thursday of the month, 5:30 p.m. Town Board Workshops. For further discussion, Supervisor Flaherty provided Town Board members with 2022 and 2023 workshop and regular meeting length statistics. After general discussion on the matter took place, it was the consensus of the Town Board to present a Resolution at a future meeting to begin scheduling workshops in 2024 on the first and third Thursday of each month prior to the regular Town Boad meetings which will continue to be held at 7:30 p.m. *** There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourned at 6:15 p.m. ___________________________ Dorothy M.
