APPROVAL OF MINUTES A motion was made by Tara Zimmerman, seconded by Frank Pennea, to approve (6-0) the September 17, 2014 Minutes. ADDITIONS/DELETIONS/REORDERING OF AGENDA V. SWEARING IN OF SPEAKERS VI. NEW BUSINESS ARB-021 ARB 14-020/HTE 14-119 Isla Verde – Petco Signage with Technical Deviation A motion was made by Frank Pennea, seconded by Damon Robling, to approve (6-0) ARB 14-020 Petco Signage with Technical Deviations with Staff Recommendations of maximum sign height of 48". OLD BUSINESS ARB-022 Final Approval of Color Chart Palette A motion was made by Robert Camerlinck, seconded by Frank Pennea, to approve (6-0) the ARB Exterior Color Chart. Ayes: 6- Kimberly Sundook Vice Chair Camerlinck Member Shamash At-Large Pennea At-Large Robling Zimmerman Village of Wellington Page 1 Architectural Review Board Action Summary October 15, 2014 ARB-023 Final Approval of Hedge Height Requirements A motion was made by Ron Shamash, seconded by Robert Camerlinck, to approve (6-0) the changes to the hedge height with the change that a hedge for a gate opening that exceeds the maximum allowable height shall extend up to 2 1/2 feet above the allowable height that is not above a gate on both sides.
