APPROVAL OF MINUTES ARB-029 Approval of November 19, 2014 ARB Meeting Minutes A motion was made by Robert Camerlinck, seconded by Tara Zimmerman, approved (5-0) to approve the November 19, 2014 ARB Meeting Minutes. Ayes: 5- Chair Kimberly Sundook Vice Chair Robert Camerlinck Ron Shamash Damon Robling Tara Zimmerman Absent: 1- Frank Pennea IV. ADDITIONS/DELETIONS/REORDERING OF AGENDA V. SWEARING IN OF SPEAKERS VI. NEW BUSINESS ARB-027 ARB 2014-023 11808 Marblestone Court Fence Height Ms. Falk, property owner, was present to answer any questions. Mr. Tacone, representing the property management company, was present and spoke in opposition of the request. A motion was made by Tara Zimmerman, seconded by Robert Camerlinck, approved (5-0) to approve a fence height of six (6) feet. Ayes: 5- Chair Kimberly Sundook Vice Chair Robert Camerlinck Ron Shamash Damon Robling Tara Zimmerman Absent: 1- Frank Pennea ARB-030 Isla Verde of Wellington - Residential Mr. Hearing provided a presentation on the renderings, elevation and project features of the Isla Verde of Wellington residential development. A motion was made by Ron Shamash, seconded by Robert Camerlinck, approved (5-0) to approve the proposed elevations with the revised roof color and the requested deviation for a double faced, "V" shaped entrance sign with a maximum sign area of 32 square feet on both sides and an increased distance from the entrance of the development. A motion was made by Ron Shamash, seconded by Tara Zimmerman, approved (5-0) to approve the proposed Wellington Community Center and Boat House elevations with a request to extend the railing adjacent to the lake at the rear of the building as was presented in the October 23, 2014 renderings.
