APPROVAL OF MINUTES ARB-082 August 17, 2016 Architectural Review Board Meeting Minutes A motion was made by Vice Chair Thomas Wenham, seconded by William Klein, to approve the August 17, 2016 ARB Minutes with the changes submitted by Mr. Klein. The motion passed unanimously (7-0). IV. ADDITIONS/DELETIONS/REORDERING OF AGENDA VI. SWEARING IN OF SPEAKERS VII. OLD BUSINESS VIII. NEW BUSINESS ARB-084 16-159 (ARBC 16-014) 1748 Pierside Circle House Color A motion was made by Damon Robling to approve the proposed trim and body color and to change the garage door, front door and driveway to a more neutral color. The motion failed for lack of a second. A motion was made by Vice Chair Thomas Wenham, seconded by Ron Shamash, to deny the proposed color palate. The motion failed by a 3-4 vote. A motion was made by Deidre Newton, seconded by William Klein, to approve the proposed color palate with the modification that the garage door be painted the same color as the trim (Rice Paddy). The motion carried by a 4-3 vote.
