APPROVAL OF MINUTES ARB-088 November 16, 2016 Architectural Review Board Meeting Minutes A motion was made by William Klein , seconded by Roger Grave de Peralta, to approve the November 16, 2016 Architectural Review Board Meeting Minutes. ADDITIONS/DELETIONS/REORDERING OF AGENDA V. SWEARING IN OF SPEAKERS VI. NEW BUSINESS ARB-087 16-153 (ARB 16-010) First Bank at Wellington Country Plaza Exterior Elevations and Signage with Technical Deviations A motion was made by Roger Grave de Peralta, seconded by Ron Shamash, to postpone Petition Number 16-153 (ARB 16-010) First Bank of the Palm Beaches Exterior Elevations and Signage with Technical Deviations to the January 18, 2017 ARB Meeting for the agent to incorporate changes to the elevations as discussed. The motion passed (7-0). Kimberely Sundook - Aye Thomas Wenham - Aye Ron Shamash - Aye Damon Robling - Aye Deidre Newton - Aye William Klein - Aye Roger Grave de Peralta - Aye ARB-089 16-154 (ARB 16-011) Kaluz Restaurant at Wellington Green Mall A motion was made by Ron Shamash, seconded by William Klein, to approve the Petition 16-154 (ARB 16-011) Kaluz Restaurant at Wellington Green MUPD A Exterior Elevations and Signage with Technical Deviations with staff recommendations and with the modification that the paint finish shall be eggshell. The motion passed (7-0).
