APPROVAL OF MINUTES ARB-094 December 21, 2016 ARB Meeting Minutes A motion was made by Thomas Wenham, seconded by William Klein, to approve the January 18, 2017 ARB meeting minutes. The motion carried by an unanimous vote (6-0). V. ADDITIONS/DELETIONS/REORDERING OF AGENDA VI. SWEARING IN OF SPEAKERS VII. NEW BUSINESS ARB-093 14-027 (ARB 17-001) Lemongrass Restaurant at the Mall at Wellington Green A motion was made by Ron Shamash, seconded by Thomas Wenham, to approve Petition 17-027 (ARB 17-001 Lemongrass Restaurant at the Mall at Wellington Green and to include the condition that the living green wall be properly maintained. The motion carried by an unanimous vote (6-0). VIII. PRESENTATION ARB-095 Informal Review of CVS at Wellington Town Square Exterior Elevations and Signage The Board provided an informal review of the CVS at Wellington Town Square outparcel. They were in agreement that more detail was to be provided on the facade that faces Forest Hill Boulevard and the drive-thru. The building is to incorporate some of the design elements of the Provident Jewelers remodel. ARB-096 Informal Review of Provident Jewelers at Wellington Town Square Elevations and Signage The Board provided an informal review of the Provident Jewelers remodel. The Board agreed that the CVS outparcel was to incorporate some of the design elements proposed for the remodel. ARB-097 Discussion of 2017 Recreational Trails Program (RTP) Grant Application A motion was made by William Klein, seconded by Roger Grave de Peralta, to Village of Wellington Page 1 Architectural Review Board Action Summary February 15, 2017 approve the submission of the 2017 Recreational Trails Program Grant Application for improvements to the Wellington Dog Park trails.
