Architectural Review Board Action Summary April 19, 2017
I. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting began at 7:00 p.m. Members Kimberly Sundook, Thomas
Wenham, Roger Grave de Peralta, Damon Robling, Ron Shamash and William
Klein were present. Deidre Newton had an excused absence.

ARB-102 March 15, 2017 Architectural Review Board Meeting Minutes
A motion was made by Thomas Wenham, seconded by William Klein, that
March 15, 2017 ARB Meeting Minutes be approved. The motion carried by 6-0
vote. Deidre Newton was absent.

VII. NEW BUSINESS
ARB-101 17-47 (ARB 17-004) Parlanti Signage with Technical Deviations
(Wellington Commerce Park)
A motion was made by William Klein, seconded by Thomas Wenham, to
approve Petition 17-47 (ARB 17-004) Parlanti Signage with Technical
Deviations (Wellington Commerce Park). Roger Grave de Peralta made a
motion to add the condition that the sign be aligned with the adjacent Sherwin
Williams sign and be centered above the three windows. The amendment to
the motion was seconded by William Klein and was carried by a 6-0 vote. The
motion to approve the Petition as amended was was carried by a 6-0 vote.
Deidre Newton was absent.
VIII. PRESENTATION
ARB-103 2017 Land and Water Conservation Grant Program (LWCF)
The Board acknowledged the submittal of the 2017 Land and Water
Conservation Grant for $200,000 for imporvements to Essex Park.
