I. CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Kimberly Sundook called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.
Boardmembers Present: Kimberly Sundook, Ron Shamash, William Klein,
Ryan Mishkin, Roger Grave de Peralta, Thomas Wenham. Boardmembers
Absent: Damon Robling (excused). Staff Members Present: Kelly Ferraiolo,
Senior Planner; Ryan Harding, Planner.

ARB-120 September 20, 2017 Architectural Review Board Meeting Minutes
A motion was made by Thomas Wenham, seconded by William Klein, to
approve the September 20, 2017 Architectural Review Board Meeting Minutes.
The motion passed (6-0) with Damon Robling absent.

VII. NEW BUSINESS
ARB-121 17-070 (ARB 17-007) 3080 Fairlane Farms Road
A motion was made by Thomas Wenham, seconded by William Klein, to
approve Petition 17-070 (ARB 17-007) 3080 Fairlane Farms Road Exterior
Elevations, Material and Colors. The motion was passed (6-0) with Damon
Robling absent.
