CALL TO ORDER Boardmembers Present: Ryan Mishkin, Roger Grave de Peralta, William Klein, Ron Shamash, Miguel Alonso, Thomas Wenham, Stacy Somers Staff Members Present: Kelly Ferraiolo, Senior Planner, Olga Prieto, Senior Planner II. REMARKS BY CHAIRMAN Vice Chair Thomas Wenham welcomed the new boardmembers, Stacy Somers and Miguel Alonso. III. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE IV. ELECTION OF CHAIR AND VICE CHAIR A motion was made by William Klein, seconded by Roger Grave de Peralta, to nominate Ron Shamash for the Architectural Review Board Chair. The motion passed 7-0. A motion was by Ron Shamash, seconded by William Klein, to nominate Thomas Wenham for the Architectural Review Board Vice Chair. The motion passed 7-0. V. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Attachments: May 16 2018 Meeting Minutes A motion was made Thomas Wenham, seconded by William Klein, to approve the May 16, 2018 ARB Meeting Minutes. The motion passed 7-0. VI. ADDITIONS/DELETIONS/REORDERING OF AGENDA Staff added an item to discuss the approved Sprouts at Isla Verde elevations that was approved by ARB at the May 16, 2018 ARB meeting. A handout of the approved elevations was given to the Boardmembers. VII. SWEARING IN OF SPEAKERS VIII. NEW BUSINESS Attachments: Staff Report Exhibit A - MUPD D Site Plan Exhibit B - Proposed Wall Signs Exhibit C - Maximum End Wall Sign Allowed Per Code Exhibit D - Existing View of Right of Way A motion was made by Thomas Wenham, seconded Stacy Somers, to approve Village of Wellington Page 1 Architectural Review Board Meeting Minutes June 20, 2018 Petition 18-051 (ARB 18-008) Simon Orthodontics at The Pointe at Wellington Green. The motion passed 7-0. IX. COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC X. COMMENTS FROM STAFF Staff provided the Boardmembers the final approved elevations for Sprouts at Isla Verde as at the May 16, 2018 the elevations were approved pending resubmittal to Staff with revisions to the elevations and landscaping. Staff reminded the Boardmembers of the mandatory meetings conducted by the Legal Department on Wednesday, June 27 and Thursday, June 29 to review the Sunshine Law, Public Records Law and other pertinent information for boards and committees. If a Boardmember cannot attend, they were asked to notify staff or the clerk's office to request a DVD of the meeting. XI. COMMENTS FROM THE BOARD XII. ADJOURN The meeting was adjourned at 7:18 pm.
