I. CALL TO ORDER
Members Present: Ryan Mishkin, Roger Grave de Peralta, Ron Shamash,
Miguel Alonso, Thomas Wenham, and Stacy Somers.
Members Absent: William Klein (excused)

ARB-145 July 18, 2018 Architectural Review Board Meeting Minutes
A motion was made by Thomas Wenham, seconded by Stacy Somers, to
approve the July 18, 2018 Architectural Review Board Meeting minutes. The
motion passed 6-0. William Klein had an excused absence.
V. ADDITIONS/DELETIONS/REORDERING OF AGENDA
A motion was made by Thomas Wenham, seconded by Stacy Somers, to
reorder the agenda to hear Petition 18-083 (ARC 18-012) 15635 Meadow Wood
Drive House Color first. The motion passed 6-0. William Klein had an excused
absence.

ARB-146 18-076 (2018-010 ARB) Bink’s Commercial Center (Lot 15) Exterior
Elevations (GSB Law Building)
A motion was made by Thomas Wenham, seconded by Ryan Mishkin, to
approve Petition 18-076 (2018-010 ARB) Bink's Commercial Center (Lot 15)
Exterior Elevations, Colors and Materials and Signage with Technical
Deviaitons with conditions as recommended by staff in the staff report. The
motion passed 6-0. William Klein had an excused absence.
ARB-147 18-082 (ARC 18-011) 1619 Wiltshire Village Drive House Color
A motion was made by Roger Grave de Peralta, seconded by Thomas
Wenham, to approve Petition 18-082 (ARC 18-011) 1619 Wiltshire Village Drive
House Color. The motion failed for a lack of majority (3-3). Stacy Somers,
Miguel Alonso and Ron Shamash dissented. William Klein had an excused
absence.
A motion was made by Miguel Alonso, seconded by Thomas Wenham, to defer

Petition 18-082 (ARC 18-011) 1619 Wiltshire Village Drive House Color to the
October 17, 2018 ARB meeting in order for the homeowner to be in attendance
to provide options for the gable side of the house. The motion passed 5-1. Ron
Shamash dissented and William Klein had an excused absence.
ARB-148 18-083 (ARC 18-012) 15635 Meadow Wood Drive House Color
A motion was made by Thomas Wenham, seconded by Stacy Somers, to
approve Petition 18-083 (ARC 18-012) 15635 Meadow Wood Drive House Color
with conditions recommended by staff in the staff report. The motion passed
6-0. William Klein had an excused absence.

Cocoa Berry to the ARB Approved Color Chart. The motion passed 6-0. William
