CALL TO ORDER Board Members Present: Miguel Alonso, Ryan Mishkin, Roger Grave de Peralta, Luis Rodriguez, and Thomas Wenham. Board Members Absent (Excused): Stacy Somers and Dayna Bertola Staff Members Present: Kelly Ferraiolo, Senior Planner, and Damian Newell, Senior Planner II. REMARKS BY CHAIRMAN III. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES ARB-229 Approval of the December 16, 2021 Architectural Review Board Meeting Minutes A motion was made by Thomas Wenham, seconded by Luis Rodriguez, to approve the December 15, 2021 Architectural Review Board Meeting Minutes. The motion passed unanimously (5-0). Stacy Somers and Dayna Bertola had excused absences. V. ADDITIONS/DELETIONS/REORDERING OF AGENDA VI. SWEARING IN OF SPEAKERS VII. EX-PARTE COMMUNICATION VIII. NEW BUSINESS ARB-230 Petition 2022-0001 ARB Axis at Wellington Green Color Palette A motion was made by Thomas Wenham, seconded by MIguel Alonso, to approve Petition 2022-0001 ARB Axis at Wellington Green Color Palette as recommended by staff and with the additional condition that the paint be a non-glossy finish. The motion passed unanimously (5-0). Stacy Somers and Dayna Bertola had excused absences. ARB-231 Petition 2022-0002 ARB Lotis Wellington Residential Pod Buildings and Site Amenities A motion was made by Tom Wenham, seconded by Ryan Mishkin, to approve Petition 2022-0002 ARB Wellington Residential Pod Buildings and Site Amenities as recommended by staff and with the additional condition that the paint be a non-glossy finish. The motion passed unanimously (5-0). Stacy Somers and Dayna Bertola had excused absences. Village of Wellington Page 1 Architectural Review Board Action Summary February 16, 2022 IX. PRESENTATIONS ARB-232 Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant at Lotis Wellington - Informal Review. Staff and the agent made an informal presentation to the Board on the proposed elevations and signage for Coopers Hawk. The Board and staff provided feedback. The petition will be placed on the March 16, 2022 ARB agenda for formal vote. ARB-228 Discussion of 2022 Recreational Trails Program (RTP) Grant Application Staff discussed the submittal of the 2022 Recreational Trails Program (RTP) Grant Application to purchase the Moncada property in order to expand Section 24 (Wellington Environmental Preserve). Thomas Wenham made a motion, seconded by Miguel Alonso, to support the submission of the grant application. The motion passed unanimously (5-0). Stacy Somers and Dayna Bertola had excused absences.
