CALL TO ORDER Board Members Present: Thomas Wenham, Dayna Bertola, Miguel Alonso, Roger Grave de Peralta, Ryan Mishkin, and Luis Rodriguez. Board Members Absent (Excused): Stacy Somers Staff Members Present: Kelly Ferraiolo, Senior Planner II. REMARKS BY CHAIRMAN III. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES ARB-233 Approval of the February 16, 2022 Architectural Review Board Meeting Minutes A motion was made by Thomas Wenham, seconded by Dayna Bertola, to approve the February 16, 2022 Architectural Review Board Meeting Minutes. The motion massed unanimously (6-0). Stacy Somers had an excused absence. V. ADDITIONS/DELETIONS/REORDERING OF AGENDA VI. SWEARING IN OF SPEAKERS VII. NEW BUSINESS ARB-234 Petition 2022-0003 ARB 11294 Pine Valley Drive Alternative Fence Design A motion was made by MIguel Alonso, seconded by Luis Rodriguez, to approve Petition 2022-0003 ARB 11294 Pine Valley Drive Alternative Fence Design as recommended by Staff. The motion passed 4-2. Dayna Bertola and Thomas Wenham dissented. Stacy Somers had an excused absence. ARB-235 Petition 2022-0004 ARB 16754 Norris Road Alternative Design - Flat Roof A motion was made by Thomas Wenham to approve Petition 2022-0004 ARB 16754 Norris Road Alternative Design - Flat Roof as recommended by staff. The motion failed due to a lack of a second. A motion was made by Dayna Bertola to deny 2022-0004 ARB 16754 Norris Road Alternative Design - Flat Roof. The motion failed sue to a lack of a second. A motion was made by Thomas Wenham, seconded by Miguel Alonso, to table 2022-0004 ARB 16754 Norris Road Alternative Design - Flat Roof to the next meeting so the applicant could incorporate some of the Board's suggestions. ARB-236 2021-0017 ARB COOPER'S HAWK RESTAURANT BUILDING AT LOTIS WELLINGTON. A motion was made by Dayna Bertola, seconded by Thomas Wenham, to approve Petition 2021-0017 ARB Cooper's Hawk Restaurant Building at Lotis Wellington as recommended by staff. The motion passed unanimously (6-0). Stacy Somers had an excused absence. VllI. COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC None lX.
