I. CALL TO ORDER
Board Members Present: Maria Raspanti, Ryan Mishkin, Luis Rodriguez,
Jefferson Browning, and Maria Antuna.
Board Members Absent: Stacy Somers (Excused) and Miguel Alonso
(Unexcused)
Staff Members Present: Kelly Ferraiolo, Senior Planner, and Damian Newell,

Meeting Minutes
A motion was made by Luis Rodriguez, seconded by Jefferson Browning, to
approve the September 27, 2023 ARB Meeting Minutes. The motion passed
unanimously (5-0). Stacy Somers and Miguel Alonso were absent.
A motion was made by Jefferson Browning, seconded by Luis Rodriguez, to
approve the August 23, 2023 ARB Meeting Minutes. The motion passed
unanimously (5-0). Stacy Somers and Miguel Alonso were absent.
V. ADDITIONS/DELETIONS/REORDERING OF AGENDA
Petition 2023-0026-ARB Paradise Grills Signage with Technical Deviations was
added to the agenda under New Business.

ARB-299 Petition 2023-0025-ARB Farrell West Alternative Design
A motion was made by Luis Rodriguez, seconded by Ryan Mishkin, to approve
Petition 2023-0025-ARB Farrell West Alternative Design as recommended by
Staff. The motion passed unanimously (5-0). Stacy Somers and Miguel Alonso
were absent.
ARB-301 Petition 2023-0026-ARB Paradise Grills Signage with Technical
Deviations
A motion was made by Ryan Mishkin, seconded by Jefferson Browning, to
approve Petition 2023-0026-ARB Paradise Grills Signage with Technical
Deviations as recommended by Staff. The motion passed unanimously (5-0).

VIII. DISCUSSION
ARB-300 ARB Color Board
The Board agreed to table discussion of the new colors proposed to be added
to the color board and the discussion of horizontal fence styles to the next
meeting so Board Members have time to compare the proposed colors with the
Color Board and for more members to be in attendance.
