I. CALL TO ORDER

ARB-304 Approval of the November 29, 2023 ARB Meeting Minutes
A motion was made by Maria Antuña, seconded by Jefferson Browning, to
approve the November 29, 2023 ARB Meeting Minutes. The motion passed
unanimously (5-0). Luis Rodriguez and Maria Raspanti were absent.
ARB-305 Approval of the January 31, 2024 ARB Meeting Minutes
A motion was made by Maria Antuña, seconded by Jefferson Browning, to
approve the January 31, 2024 ARB Meeting Minutes. The motion passed
unanimously (5-0). Luis Rodriguez and Maria Raspanti were absent.

ARB-306 2024-0003-ARB 95 St Davids Way Alternative Materials
A motion was made by Miguel Alonso, seconded by Maria Antuña, to approve
Petition 2024-0003-ARB 95 Saint Davids Way Alternative Materials as
recommended by staff. The motion passed unanimously (5-0). Luis Rodriguez
and Maria Raspanti were absent.
ARB-308 Petition 2024-0002-ARB Lotis 2 Master Sign Plan (Ground Sign)
A motion was made by Miguel Alonso, seconded by Maria Antuña, to approve
Petition 2024-0002-ARB Lotis 2 Master Sign Plan (Ground Signs) as amended
and recommended by staff. The motion passed unanimously (5-0). Luis
Rodriguez and Maria Raspanti were absent.

ARB-307 ARB Color Chart
A motion was made by Ryan Mishkin, seconded by Maria Antuña, to approve
the final version of the ARB Color Board and send to Council for review. The
motion passed unanimously (5-0). Luis Rodriguez and Maria Raspanti were
absent.
