I. CALL TO ORDER

A motion was made by Luis Rodriguez, seconded by Jefferson Browning, to
approve the March 27, 2024 Architectural Review Board Meeting Minutes. The
motion passed unanimously (5-0). Ryan Mishkin had an excuse absence.
