I. CALL TO ORDER

A motion was made by Luis Rodriguez, seconded by Ryan Mishkin, to
nominate Stacy Somers as Chair. The motion passed unanimously (6-0). John
Greene had an unexcused absence.

nominate Maria Raspanti as Vice Chair. The motion passed unanimously (6-0).

V. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
ARB-320 Approval of the May 22, 2024 ARB Meeting Minutes
A motion was made by Luis Rodriguez, seconded by Maria Raspanti, to
approve the May 22, 2024 ARB Meeting Minutes. The motion passed
unanimously (6-0). John Green had an unexcused absence.

ARB-318 Petition 2024-0012-ARB Palm Beach County Fire Rescue Station 25
A motion was made by Maria Raspanti, seconded by Luis Rodriguez, to
approve Petition 2024-0012-ARB Palm Beach County Fire Rescue Fire Rescue
Station 25 Elevations and Signage as recommended by staff. The motion
passed unanimously (6-0). John Green had an unexcused absence.
ARB-321 Petition 2024-0015-ARB Wellington Regional Medical Center Master
Sign Plan
A motion was made by Luis Rodriguez, seconded by Ryan Mishkin, to approve
Petition 2024-0015-ARB Wellington Regional Medical Center Master Sign Plan

as recommended by staff. The motion passed unanimously (6-0). John Green
had an unexcused absence.
ARB-322 Petition 2024-0016-ARB JCPenney Exterior Elevations
Postponed to the July 24, 2024 ARB Meeting
IX. OLD BUSINESS
ARB-319 Resolution No. ARB2024-01 Adopting the ARB Color Board and
Fence Designs and Materials
A motion was made by Luis Rodriguez, seconded by Ryan Mishkin, to approve
Resolution No. ARB2024-01 Adopting the ARB Color Board and Fence Designs
and Materials with the updates to include High Gloss and Semi Gloss Paint is
not permitted and the garage and front doors shall be painted/stained one
color. The motion passed unanimously (6-0). John Green had an unexcused
absence.
