Approval of the December 18, 2014 EPC Workshop Agenda Aye: 5 - Vice Chair Whitlow, Chair Elie, Smith-Faver, Shockley, Meigs Absent: 2 - Dr. Lund and Ellis A motion was made to add an item to the agenda. The item was to allow Paul Schofield to speak about low-speed vehicles. Michael Whitlow motioned to approve, Houston Meigs seconded, and the motion to add an item to and approve the agenda passed 5-0. a. Paul Schofield presented information on the rules for golf carts and low speed vehicles and clarified enforcement policies and actions. b. EPC-062 Approve the November 20, 2014 Equestrian Preserve Committee Workshop Minutes Tabled for meeting on 01/18/15 The approval of the November 20, 2014 EPC Workshop minutes was tabled for the next meeting on January 14, 2015. EPC-063 Equestrian Trail Presentation and Discussion with Lucido & Associates Steven Garrett, Lucido & Associates, presented equestrian trails data concerning traffic, stall counts, and possible locations for improvements along the trail system.
