Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance II. Approval of the June 10, 2015 Equestrian Preserve Committee Agenda A motion was made by Mary Jo Shockley, seconded by Houston Meigs, that the June 10, 2015 Equestrian Preserve Committee agenda be reordered. The reordered agenda was to allow the approval of minutes before the election of Chair and Vice-Chair. The motion carried by an unanimous vote. III. EPC-090 Election of Chair and Vice Chair A motion was made by Maryjo Shockley, seconded by Richard Ellis, approved unanimously to elect Linda Elie as Chair. A motion was made by Houston Meigs, seconded by Linda Elie, approved unanimously to elect Michael Whitlow as Vice Chair. IV. EPC-091 January 14, 2015; February 11, 2015; March 11, 2015; and April 08, 2015 Equestrian Preserve Committee Minutes A motion was made by Houston Meigs, seconded by Maryjo Shockley, to approve the January 14, 2015 Equestrian Preserve Committee minutes with one change. The change shall be from the word “a” to the word “are” on the last line of page five. The motion carried unanimously. A motion was made by Maryjo Shockley, seconded by Houston Meigs, to approve the February 11, 2015 Equestrian Preserve Committee minutes. The motion carried unanimously. A motion was made by Houston Meigs, seconded by Richard Ellis, to approve the March 11, 2015 Equestrian Preserve Committee minutes. The motion carried unanimously. A motion was made by Houston Meigs, seconded by Richard Ellis, to approve the April 8, 2015 Equestrian Preserve Committee minutes. The motion carried unanimously. V. EPC-092 Equestrian Preserve Area Build-Out Discussion Michael O'Dell and Robert Basehart discussed minimum and maximum allowable densities in ithe EOZD based on the Future Land Use Map. VI.
