Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance
New Business
I. EPC-096 Dust Control Presentation
At Mr. Whitlow's request, Dan Eagle and Matt Struzziero of GelTech Soultions
presented a product used to control dust on unpaved roads. Mr. Meigs made a
recommendation that the product be tested on the 3.5 miles of roads in Saddle
Trail Park. Mr. Ellis seconded the recommendation. The recommendation was
approved unanimously (7-0).
II. EPC-095 Equestrian Master Plan Goal Discussion
Michael O'Dell discussed various goals and directions for the Equestrian
Master Plan with the committee.
Staff Comments
Mr. O'Dell provided the committee with minutes from the August 20, 2015
Livestock Waste Haulers Meeting.
Board Comments
Mr. Meigs inquired about Saddle Trail Park items scheduled for the Village
Council meeting of September 10, 2015. He recommended anyone who is
concerned about Saddle Trail Park attend the meeting. Mr. Meigs also stated
he has been trying since June to find out what can be done about the location
of a shelter for the multi-use path on Flying Cow Road. He has not had any
satisfactory response.
