EPC-102 Approval of the December 9, 2015 Equestrian Preserve Committee Agenda A motion was made by Houston Meigs, seconded by Dr. Kristy Lund, to approve the December 9, 2015 Equestrian Preserve Committee agenda. EPC-099 Approval of June 10, 2015 Equestrian Preserve Committee Minutes A motion was made by Houston Meigs, seconded by Michael Whitlow, to approve the June 10, 2015 Equestrian Preserve Committee minutes. The vote carried unanimomusly (4-0). C. EPC-097 Approval of September 9, 2015 Equestrian Preserve Committee Minutes A motion was made by Houston Meigs, seconded by Dr. Kristy Lund, to approve the September 9, 2015 Equestrian Preserve Committee minutes. The vote carried unanimomusly (4-0). II. New Business A. EPC-104 Master Plan Amendments: 14-66 (2014-028MPA3) – Grand Prix Farms PRD 14-133 (2014-063MPA9) – Wellington CountryPlace PUD A motion was made by Vice Chair Whitlow, seconded by Dr. Kristy Lund, to recommend approval of Master Plan Amendments 2014-028 MPA3 - Grand Prix Farms PRD; and 2014-063 MPA9 - Wellington CountryPlace PUD. The recommendation to approve includes a recommendation to provide signage and striping near the access points denoting equestrian crossings. EPC-105 15-110 (2015-058 MPA1) Wellington CountryPlace PUD Master Plan Amendment – Southfields Access Points A motion was made by Dr. Kristy Lund, seconded by Vice Chair Whitlow, to recommend approval of 2015-058 MPA1 - Wellington CountryPlace PUD Master Plan Amendment. The recommendation for approval carried unanimously (4-0). EPC-101 A Resolution Approving the Equestrian Trails Circulation Plan and Providing an Effective Date A motion was made by Dr. Kristy Lund, seconded by Houston Meigs, to recommend for approval the resolution approving the Equestrian Trails Circulation Plan. The recommendation passed unanimously (4-0). E. EPC-103 Equestrian Preserve Area Discussion Items (Requested by Chair Elie) III. Staff Comments Michael O'Dell presented results from the latest equestrian survey to the committee. The survey concluded on August 20, 2015. IV. Board Comments There were no board comments. V.
