Vice chair Whitlow said the Equestrian Preserve Committee needs to be mindful that it is their job to prevent that sort of thing from happening. Vice chair Whitlow also stated the North American Riders Group (NARG) dropped their rating of the Show Grounds from a 3 or 4 to a 15 and had very negative comments regarding overcrowding and traffic.
