Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance Chair Cleveland called the meeting to order at 6:24 pm. Jane Cleveland, Dr. Kristy Lund, Dr. Sergio Guerreiro, and Robert Bushey were present. Staff present: Michael O'Dell, David Flinchum, Cory Lyn Cramer, and Ryan Harding II. Additions/Deletions/Reordering of Agenda III. Discussion - Equestrian Plan of Action Draft, Land Development Regulations Michael O'Dell, David Flinchum, and Cory Lyn Cramer discussed Wellington's Land Development Regulations regarding the Equestrian Overlay Zoning District. IV. Staff Comments Therre were no staff comments. V. Board Comments There were no board comments. VI. Public Comments There were no public comments. VII. Adjournment The meeting adjourned at 7:58 pm.
