Equestrian Preserve Committee Action Summary February 16, 2017
I. CALL TO ORDER
Chair Cleveland called the meeting to order at 6:15 pm. Jane
Cleveland, Robert Bushey, Doug Hundt, Dr. Rachel Eidelman, and
Carol Cohen were present. Dr. Kristy Lund and Dr. Sergio Guerreiro
arrived late.
Staff present: Robert Basehart, J. Higbee, and Ryan Harding
II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
III. REMARKS BY COMMITTEE CHAIR
Ms. Cleveland discussed upcoming meeting dates and possible
agenda items for those meetings.
IV. WORKSHOP
Disscussion: Land Development Regulations - Articles VIII and IX
Mr. Basehart and Mr. Higbee discussed a draft of Article VIII of the
Land Development Regulations pertaining to subdivision regulations.
Andrea Troutman, Wellington's Traffic Consultant, discussed a draft of
Article IX of the Land Development Regulations pertaining to traffic.
V. STAFF COMMENTS
Mr. Basehart informed the committee of petitions which may be
coming before them within the next couple of meetings.
VI. BOARD COMMENTS
Ms. Cleveland reminded the committee of upcoming meeting dates
and tentative agenda items.
VII. PUBLIC COMMENTS
There were no public comments.
The meeting adjourned at 6:54 pm.
