CALL TO ORDER Chair Cleveland called the meeting to order at 6:38 pm. Jane Cleveland, Dr. Rachel Eidelman, Dr. Sergio Guerreiro, and Kathleen Gannon-Ledsome were present. Dr. Kristy Lund arrived late. Robert Bushey had an excused absence. Staff present: Robert Basehart, Michael O'Dell, David Flinchum, and Ryan Harding. II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE III. REMARKS BY COMMITTEE CHAIR Ms. Cleveland stated she had spoken with Dr. Bill Lowder from the equestrian committee in Loxahatchee Groves regarding a joint meeting with Wellington's Equestrian Preserve Committee. The Loxahatchee Groves committee has not met yet, and a date has not been set, but Ms. Cleveland wanted to advise the committee to expect a joint meeting in the future. IV. ADDITIONS/DELETIONS/REORDERING OF AGENDA Item EPC-176, LDR Sections 6.9, 6.10, & 6.11 was deleted from the December agenda and rescheduled for January 2018. V. NEW BUSINESS - WORKSHOP A. EPC-175 EPC Discussion Item - Revised Equestrian Plan of Action Draft The committee reviewed the revised Equestrian Plan of Action draft and provided their comments and recommendations. B. EPC-176 EPC Discussion Item - LDR Sections 6.9, 6.10, & 6.11 VI. STAFF COMMENTS There were no staff comments. VII. BOARD COMMENTS There were no board comments. VIII.
