BOARD COMMENTS Jane Cleveland asked if there was any update on the provision that the committee voted on in February to allow for the EPC to be involved in review of Special Use permits involving development orders with conditions that have not been satisfied. Michael O'Dell replied that he would inform the committee when these permits are scheduled to go to council. He reminded the committee that the process for approving seasonal equestrian permits is outlined in Article 5 of the Land Development Regulations. These permits are reviewed by council. Dr. Kristy Lund then asked why the Village took the horse symbol off of new signs along Forest Hill Boulevard. O'Dell responded that it was Council's direction, and that he thinks they will remain on signs within the Equestrian Preserve Area. Glen Fleischer then asked what the plan is for future meeting as far as in person versus Zoom. O'Dell responded that we are currently under a governor's order to socially distance.
