A motion was made by Carol Coleman, seconded by Paul Adams that May 7,
2014 PZ-Minutes be approved. The motion carried by the following vote: (7-0).
IV. ADDITIONS/DELETIONS/REORDERING OF AGENDA
VII. NEW BUSINESS
A motion was made by Andrew Carduner, seconded by Paul Adams,
unanimously approved by the Board (7-0) to elect Carol Coleman as Chair.
A Motion was made by Carol Coleman, seconded by Paul Adams, unanimously
approved by the Board (7-0) to elect Andrew Carduner as Vice Chair.

VII. OLD BUSINESS
A motion was made by Paul Adams, seconded by Andrew Cardunder, that this
PZ-Zoning Text Amendment be postponed. The motion carried by the following
vote: (7-0).
