APPROVAL OF MINUTES This was approved PZ-0042 PZAB November 5, 2014 Minutes A motion was made by George Unger, seconded by Elizabeth Mariaca, unanimously approved (5-0), to accept staff recommendation with the changes to Condition 2. IV. ADDITIONS/DELETIONS/REORDERING OF AGENDA V. DECLARATION OF EX-PARTE COMMUNICATION VI. SWEARING IN OF SPEAKERS VII. NEW BUSINESS A PZ-0044 A motion was made by George Unger, seconded by Elizabeth Mariaca, unanimously approved (5-0), to accept staff recommendation with the changes to Condition 2. B PZ-0045 A motion was made by Elizabeth Mariaca, seconded by Kenneth Kopp, unanimously approved (5-0), to approve Ordinance 2015-01 with recommendations for properties that are zero lot lines a maximum of six feet; properties up to one acre a maximum of nine feet; lots greater than one acre a maximum of 10 and lots along a major thoroughfare a maximum of 12 feet.
