CALL TO ORDER Elizabeth Mariaca called the meeting to order at 7:03 p.m. Members present; Elizabeth Mariaca; Jeffrey Robbert; John Bowers; Ron Herman and Adam Rabin. Members absent: Sal Van Casteren and Maureen Martinez. Staff present: Laurie Cohen, Village Attorney; Cory Lyn Cramer, Development Review Coordinator; Tim Stilling, Planning Director; Gloria Kelly, Program Coordinator and Jennifer Fritz, Recording Secretary. II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE III. REMARKS BY CHAIR Cory Lyn Cramer reviewed the protocol for the ZOOM meeting. Ms. Mariaca thanked everyone for attending the meeting virtually. IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Attachments: 6.10.20 PZAB A motion was made by Jeff Robbert, seconded by Adam Rabin, to approve the June 10, 2020 Planning, Zoning and Adjustment Board minutes. Staff Report - Exhibit A-School Map PZAB Legal Ad Zoom Cory Lyn Cramer, Development Review Coordinator, presented the Zoning Text amendment to modify Article 6 of the Land Development Regulations (LDR) to add Vacation Rentals to Table 6.2-1, Use Regulation Schedule and creating a Supplementary Regulations for Vacation Rentals. A motion was made by Jeff Robbert, seconded by John Bowers, to open public comment. The motion passed unanimously (5-0) with Sal Van Casteren and Maureen Martinez absent. No public comment. The motion passed unanimously (5-0) with Sal Van Casteren and Maureen Martinez absent. A motion was made by John Bowers, seconded by Jeff Robbert, to recommend approval of Ordinance 2020-11. The motion passed unanimously (5-0) with Sal Van Casteren and Maureen Martinez absent. VII. COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC VIII. COMMENTS FROM STAFF Ms. Cramer stated all future meetings will be held via ZOOM until further notice. Currently, there is nothing scheduled for next month. Ms. Cramer stated that staff is working on the Comprehensive Plan and updates to the Land Development Regulations. Ms. Cramer asked the Board to continue to the spread the word about responding to the Census. She stated that Wellington’s website has information and there is a number to call that will assist the community in completing the census. IX. COMMENTS FROM THE BOARD X.
