ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS RESOLUTION NO. 2021-37 AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT THE MATERIAL TERMS OF THE ONE OHIO SUBDIVISION SETTLEMENT PURSUANT TO THE ON OHIO MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING AND CONSISTENT WITH THE TERMS OF THE JULY 21, 2021 NATIONAL OPIOID SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT 1 st Reading Motion by Dronsfield, 2nd by Rowland to suspend the rules. Roll call vote was taken with all members present voting “yes”. Motion by Wells, 2nd by Bughman to approve as read. Roll call vote was taken with all members present voting “yes”. 4.
